Each caller gets three minutes to teach a dance, and three minutes to do a mini-workshop in an English Country Dance move of their choice. If they go over their allotted time, they get honked with this fine old taxi horn!
This is a great opportunity to find out what all the fuss is about or to improve your skills if you already know you love the music and beauty of English Country Dance.

Midsummer Night Ball
Dances will be chosen which have a relationship, no matter how "slant", with Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream (e.g., Hole in the Wall, the Duke of Athens, Puck's Deceit etc.)
Bring a snack to share if you can, and dress up! Come as a character from the play or just come ready to enjoy a festive occasion. Admission is $10.
Doors open at 7pm, workshop at 7:30pm, dance begins at 8:00pm.
